Dr. Di Paola got her doctorate in Chemical Industrial Processes at the University Roma “La Sapienza”. She collaborated, during her doctorate, with prof. JM Prausnitz and H. Blanch at the University of California at Berkeley. Currently she is Assistant Professor at the University Campus Biomedico in Rome. Her research interests span from bioinformatics to biotechnological processes. She’s author of 57 papers on international journals and books. She’s Editor-in-chief of the "International Journal of Biochemistry Research & Review", Associate Editor for Journal of Physical Chemistry & Biophysics; Advances in Systems Biology; International Journal of Medical Biotechnology & Genetics(IJMBG) and Book Review Editor for "Current Bioinformatics". She was in the Organizing Committee of 5th Global Chemistry Congress (London, September 04-06 2017) and she will be part of the Organizing Committee of the forthcoming Euro Chemistry Conference (Rome, June 11-13, 2018) and of the 7th World Congress Nanotechnology & Materials Science (Frankfurt, November 05-07, 2018).

Research interests include molecular thermodynamics of complex systems, industrial production of hydrogen, artificial organs, protein systems biology and kinetic models for tumor growth.

Mr. Muhammad Usman, Former Director General of Agricultural Research System, Government of Pakistan who retired from service after a spotless career of about 35 years with senior level experience on research and development of integrated agricultural industries with regard to livestock and dairy development, Green Chemistry, sustainable agricultural production system. Mr. Usman is basically an agricultural scientist with specialization of agricultural/ chemistry working as plant breeder with regard to the yield and quality of various agricultural crops, released several varieties, presented and published research papers on crops and renewable energy in the different conferences like Geneva. Mr. Usman established “Prominent Agro Based Industries SDN BHD” in Malaysia and “Foundation for Rural Development in Pakistan”, with primarily aims to work on integrated agricultural project for Rural Development through improvement in agriculture for rehabilitation of affected area.

Mr. Usman is basically an agricultural scientist with specialization of agricultural/ chemistry working as plant breeder with regard to the yield and quality of various agricultural crops.

Dr. Abdeen Mustafa Omer (BSc, MSc, PhD) is an Associate Researcher at Energy Research Institute (ERI). He obtained both his PhD degree in the Built Environment and Master of Philosophy degree in Renewable Energy Technologies from the University of Nottingham. He is qualified Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record within the water industry and renewable energy technologies. He has been graduated from University of El Menoufia, Egypt, BSc in Mechanical Engineering. His previous experience involved being a member of the research team at the National Council for Research/Energy Research Institute in Sudan and working director of research and development for National Water Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Sudan. He has been listed in the book WHO’S WHO in the World 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. He has published over 300 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 200 review articles, 7 books and 150 chapters in books.

Prof. Hong Liu received her M.S. and Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry from the China Pharmaceutical University in 1996 and 1999. After a postdoctoral at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, she was appointed to the faculty of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica in 2001. As a visiting scientist, she stayed at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston for two years. Dr. Liu’s efforts mainly dedicate to the research of pharmaceutical chemistry and drug design and discovery. She is also focusing on the development of new organic synthetic methodologies, building focused combinatorial libraries, and the discovery and optimization of lead compounds for new drugs.

M. A. Martin-Luengo graduated in Chemistry (UAM, Spain). In CSIC (Spain), she presented her Master work and her phD on supported catalysts, both with the highest qualification. As a Postdoctoral Grant Holder of the CSIC she worked in UK and Belgium. Afterwards she was granted a Fellowship IA to work with the SERC (UK) on Fischer Tropsch Processes. In 1992 she gained a permanent position of Research Scientist in the CSIC (Spain), where she has been working since. She has more than 100 publications, 120 congresses and several patents, an is member of the RSC, ACS and SECAT.

Nowadays she carries out studies in the search for more sustainable materials and chemical processes based on the valorisation of agriresidues, particularly important in less developed countries. This work has been acknowledged by the CSIC recently.

Dr. Sarker is the CEO and CTO of Waste Technologies, LLC (WTL) since 2013 and he is the sole owner of the company. WTL has been working on any waste turning into green fuel especially building 1st commercialization facility in Bridgeport, CT on Waste Plastic to Low Sulfur Diesel (Patent # US 8,927,797 B2) and he has 5 more patent is pending stage since 2011. Dr. Moinuddin Sarker received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), Manchester, UK. He also has a Masters and a Bachelors degree, both in Chemistry, from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Dr. Sarker is the inventor of the technology and product entitles: “Method for converting waste plastics to lower – molecular weight hydrocarbons, particularly hydrocarbon fuel materials and the hydrocarbon material produced thereby.” (Patent # US 8,927,797 B2). Dr. Sarker has more 115 research publications and written 6 books including chapters. He is a Chief, Full Editor, Co-Editors, Associate Editors and Reviewers in more than 100 peer review journals in around the globe. Dr. Wassil Nowicky — Dipl. Ing., Dr. techn., DDDr. h. c., Director of “Nowicky Pharma” and President of the Ukrainian Anti-Cancer Institute (Vienna, Austria). Has finished his study at the Radiotechnical Faculty of the Technical University of Lviv (Ukraine) with the end of 1955 with graduation to “Diplomingeniueur” in 1960 which title was nostrificated in Austria in 1975. Dr. Wassil Nowicky became the very first scientist in the development of the anticancer protonic therapy and is the inventor of the preparation against cancer with a selective effect on basis of celandine alkaloids “NSC-631570”. He used the factor that cancer cells are more negative charged than normal cells and invented the Celandine alkaloid with a positive charge thanks to which it accumulates in cancer cells very fast. Author of over 300 scientific articles dedicated to cancer research. Dr. Wassil Nowicky is a real member of the New York Academy of Sciences, member of the European Union for applied immunology and of the American Association for scientific progress, honorary doctor of the Janka Kupala University in Hrodno, doctor “honoris causa” of the Open international university on complex medicine in Colombo, honorary member of the Austrian Society of a name of Albert Schweizer. He has received the award for merits of National guild of pharmacists of America. the award of Austrian Society of sanitary, hygiene and public health services and others.

Dr. Bharat Bhushan is an Ohio Eminent Scholar and the Howard D. Winbigler Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Dr. Bhushan came to OSU in 1991 after a 15-year career in industry, working primarily for IBM Almaden Research Center. A professor with diverse interests, Dr. Bhushan’s works in biomimetic interface science, surface engineering, nanotribology, and materials research. His research has focused on scanning probe techniques in the interdisciplinary areas of bio/nanotribology, bio/nanomechanics and bio/nanomaterials characterization and applications to bio/nanotechnology, and biomimetics. Dr. Bhushan spent the 2013-2014 year working as an ASME Science Fellow in Congress. His work there focused on policy and funding of various scientific government agencies, setting science and engineering goals for the country, and STEM education. Dr. Bhushan is a prolific author (h-index – 76+; ISI Highly Cited Researcher in Materials Science since 2007 and in Biology and Biochemistry since 2013; ISI Top 5% Cited Authors for Journals in Chemistry since 2011), influencing many different fields. He has authored 8 scientific books, 90+ handbook chapters, nearly 900 scientific papers, and 60+ scientific reports. He has also edited 50+ books and holds 20 U.S. and foreign patents. He was honored and awarded with 22+ (BITS (Pilani) Distinguished Alumni Award to recognize and honor for bringing laurels to their alma mater(2015) , Institution of Chemical Engineers (UK) Global Award for oil-water separation using durable green coatings(2015), Top Ten Science Stories of 2015 - Nanocoated- mesh for Oil-Water Separation (2016) , Ohio State University - Innovators Award for Translation of Research into New products and Technologies (2017).

Dr. Olha V. Storchylo graduated Odessa State University (Ukraine) at biochemistry in 1983. She completed her post-graduate in human and animal physiology and biochemistry at the Institute of Physiology Pavlov named of Academy of Sciences of USSR in 1988 and joined the Human and Animal Physiology Department of Odessa State University as an Assistant Professor. From 2008 till now, she is an Associate Professor of Medical Chemistry Department of Odessa National Medical University.

Ashwini K. Srivastava is a professor of analytical chemistry at the department of chemistry, University of Mumbai, India. He obtained his Master's and Ph.D. degrees from Banaras Hindu University, India. He has supervised a large number of Masters, Postdoctoral, and 26 Ph.D. students..He has published 125 research papers in peer reviewed journals with over 3100 citations and 29 h-index. His research activities have spanned diverse areas including electrochemical (bio) sensors, functional nanomaterials, energy storage, environmental pollution and chromatographic separations. His work is mainly focused on the development of sensors for trace level detection of biologically active molecules: vitamins, amino acids and neurotransmitters; analgesics, cardiovascular and psychiatric drugs; environmental pollutants: pesticides and metals.

Prof. Webster has graduated/supervised over 149 visiting faculty, clinical fellows, post-doctoral students, and thesis completing B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. students. He is the founding editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Nanomedicine (5-year impact factor of 5.03). Prof. Webster is a fellow of AIMBE, BMES, IUSBE, and NAI. He also served as the President of SFB. He has appeared on BBC, NBC, ABC, Fox News, and other news outlets talking about medicine.

Dr. Ram Gupta joined Pittsburg State University as an Assistant Professor in 2013. Before joining to Pittsburg State University, he worked as an Assistant Research Professor at Missouri State University, Springfield, MO then as a Senior Research Scientist at North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC.Dr. Gupta published over 160 peer-reviewed journal articles, made over 150 national/international/regional presentations, chaired many sessions at national/international meetings, and received over 1 million dollars for research and educational activities from external agencies such as NSF, DoE, KINBRE. He is serving as Associate Editor and editorial board member for various journals.
